Ellie Simmonds served up a delicious banana bread with chocolate chips on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 255ml natural yoghurt, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 100g unsalted butter, melted and cooled, 180g caster sugar, 2 medium eggs, 250g self raising flour, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 250g mashed ripe banana (2–3 bananas) and 60g dark chocolate chips.
