Sandi Toksvig and Prue Leith served up tasty meatless sausages on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 113g white fresh bread crumbs , 28g margarine , 2 tsp Flat leaf parsley, chopped, 42g grated cheddar, ½ clove of garlic chopped fine, a small onion, finely diced, A little salt, 28g boiled macaroni or spaghetti, 1 egg, separated and a little Yorkshire relish.
