Juliet Sear served up a delicious raspberry jam sponge pudding with custard on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 340g jar of jam, Juliet uses raspberry jam , 200g very soft butter or spread, plus extra for greasing, 175g golden caster sugar, 200g self-raising flour, mixed with ½ tsp baking powder, 4 medium eggs, 2 tbsp milk and 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract.
