Shary Jahangiry and Kirstie Allsopp served up tasty Persian stuffed chicken with vegetables and saffron cream sauce on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas.
The ingredients for the stuffing include: wild rice, berberis, pistachios, chai seeds, pumpkin seeds, fresh dill, fresh coriander, pre-cooked lentils, pomegranate molasses, tahini, molasses seeds.
For the sauce: Double cream, chicken stock, saffron.
To serve: Kale, potatoes, bok Choy, carrots, red pepper and mushroom.
