John Whaite served up delicious Millionaire’s Peanut Caramel Brownies on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the brownies: 200g 54% Belgian dark chocolate, 200g unsalted butter, cubed, 250g caster sugar, 130g plain flour, 20g cocoa powder, 1 tsp sea salt flakes and 3 large free-range eggs.
For the caramel layer: 397g can condensed milk, 100g unsalted butter, 40g golden syrup, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 150g light brown muscovado sugar and 120g salted peanuts.
For the chocolate layer: 200g Belgian 54% dark chocolate and 20g sunflower oil.
