Theo Michaels served up delicious Microwave Pancakes with Apple Compote on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the pancakes are: 250g flour, plus extra if needed to thicken, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp melted butter, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 egg and 185ml of whole milk.
For the apple compot: 2 small or 1 large apple, chopped, 1 tsp cornflower, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 60g golden syrup.
