Theo Michaels sage and onion crusted pork chops recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Theo Michaels served up tasty sage and onion crusted pork chops with mash potatoes and gravy on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 4 pork loin chops, boneless, 120g plain flour, 2 medium free-range eggs, 120g sage and onion stuffing mix and 125ml vegetable oil for shallow frying.

For the mashed potato: 750g white potatoes peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes, 50ml whole milk and 50g unsalted butter.

For the cabbage: 1 head savoy cabbage, shredded, 30ml olive oil and 25g unsalted butter.

For the gravy: 2 tbsp gravy granules and 2 tbsp onion chutney.
