Francesco Mazzei served up a delicious tiramisu with Marsala and savoiardi sponge fingers on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 300ml moka coffee 120ml Marsala wine and Cocoa powder for dusting.
For the savoiardi: 6 large eggs, 200g sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 240g all-purpose flour, 60g cornstarch, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and Powdered sugar.
For the cream: 500g mascarpone, 350g egg yolk and 140g sugar.
