Saransh Goila aloo tuk (deep fried potatoes with tuk masala) recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Saransh Goila served up a tasty aloo tuk (deep fried potatoes with tuk masala) on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the tuk masala are: 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchoor), 1 tbsp ground coriander, ½ tbsp roasted ground cumin, ½ tbsp ground turmeric and salt.

For the aloo tuk: 4 large chipping potatoes, peeled and cut into round chunks and vegetable oil, for frying.
