Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty charred mango and rice salad with chilli and pickled red onion Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 large ripe mango, 1 red onion, thinly sliced, 100ml apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 250g pouch pre-cooked basmati and wild rice, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, large handful chopped fresh coriander, 100g cashews, roasted and roughly chopped.
