Nadiya Hussain showcased her art masala spice mix for chicken jalfrezi with creamy potatoes, spinach and tomatoes on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.
The ingredients are: 28g cardamom pods, 2 bay leaves, 34g fennel seeds, 100g cumin seeds or ground cumin, 38g ground cinnamon, 100g ground turmeric, 44g chilli powder and 200g curry powder.
