James Martin makes his own garlic butter for his ultimate garlic bread on Saturday Kitchen.
James says: “Roasting the garlic takes away any harshness and produces a beautifully creamy garlic butter. Cheat by using softened shop-bought butter if you’re short of time.”
The ingredients are: 1 whole head of garlic, 500ml double cream, pinch salt, handful parsley, finely chopped, 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 large baguette, cut lengthways into four pieces.
