John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty green Fish And Chips With Peas, Edamame beans and Wasabi Mayonnaise on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the fish are: 4 Plaice, Cod Or White Fish Fillets, Skin On & Pinboned , Butter and Vegetable Oil For Frying,

To Coat: 200g Plain Flour , Sea Salt And Black Pepper , Lemon Zest and 1 Bunch Of Flat-Leaf Parsley.

For the Edamame & Peas: 200g Frozen Peas , 200g Frozen Edamame , 2 Spring Onions, Finely Sliced, 2 Gherkins Finely, Chopped , A Few Sprigs Of Flat-Leaf Parsley, Chopped , 1 Tbsp Capers , 1 Red Chilli, Diced , Olive Oil and 1 Lemon.

For the Wasabi Mayonnaise: 100g Mayonnaise and 2 Tsp Wasabi Powder.

For the Straw Potatoes: 4 Large Potatoes and Vegetable Oil For Frying.
