John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty green goddess soup with garlic bread croutons on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: Olive Oil , 1 Onion, Chopped, 1 Clove Garlic, Smashed, 2-3 Leeks, Sliced, 3 Sticks Celery, Sliced, 1 X 400g Tin White Beans Like Haricot Plus Half Of The Liquid From The Tin, 300g Seasonal Greens Like Kale, Spinach, Chard, Stalks Removed And Roughly Chopped, A Large Handful Of Frozen Peas, 1 Bouquet Garni, 1-1.5l Vegetable Stock, Salt And Pepper, 1 Lemon , A Handful Of Flat-Leaf Parsley, Chopped , A Shop Bought Garlic Bread Baguette and Parmesan Or Gruyere Cheese, For Grating.
