John Whaite served up a tasty rustic Mediterranean tart with goats cheese, olives and tomato on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 375g ready-rolled puff pastry, 150g vegetarian goats’ cheese log, rind removed, crumbled, 400g mixed-colour tomatoes or small on-the-vine plum tomatoes, halved or sliced, 70g pitted black olives, sliced, 1 medium egg yolk, beaten, a few sprigs of thyme, leaves picked and About 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling.
