Georgina Hayden served up a delicious sticky chocolate orange self-sourcing pudding on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 80ml vegetable oil, plus extra for the tin, 250g caster sugar 130g plain flour 2 teaspoons baking powder, 55g cocoa powder 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt 3 oranges, or 1 orange and 125ml of orange juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 75g light soft brown sugar To serve: Ice-cream, cream or yoghurt.
