Dan Lee, MasterChef: The Professional’s Champion 2021, showcased tasty Celebratory Pork and Prawn Dumplings for the Coronation on The One Show.
The ingredients are: 5g dried wood ear mushrooms, 10g dried shitake mushrooms, 3 spring onions, 8cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped, 400g 20% fat pork mince, 150g raw prawns, roughly chopped, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs, ½ tbsp sugar and 20–24 wonton wrappers.
To serve: soy sauce, chilli oil and 1 red chilli, finely sliced.
