Phil Vickery served up delicious Easter chocolate mousse with vanilla cream on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 350g bitter chocolate (70%), broken into small pieces and melted, 2 whole medium eggs, 2 medium egg yolks and 550ml whipping cream, lightly whipped.
For the topping: 225ml whipping cream, 2-3 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, cocoa powder or drinking chocolate and chocolate scrolls or shortbread.
