Jamie Oliver served up a tasty One-Pan Kedgeree with Skipper Fillets and peas on Jamie’s £1 Wonders.
The ingredients are: 2 onions, 1 red chilli, 1 x 240 g pack of kipper fillets, olive oil, 2 tablespoons hot curry powder, 2 x 250 g packets of cooked basmati rice, 160 g frozen peas, 1 lemon and 3 large eggs.

The title of this article says “Kedgeree with Skippers” but the recipe is for kedgeree with kippers.
Skippers and kippers are different fish.
Skippers are small fish (Brisling) which usually come in tins with sauce. Kippers are smoked haddock which come individually or something n packets.
