Theo Michaels served up tasty Greek stuffed peppers with gravy on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 6 red bell peppers, 1 onion, peeled and diced, 2tbsp olive oil, 250g lamb mince, you could also use beef/pork, 2 generous pinches ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 150g basmati rice, 250ml chicken stock, 1 tin/ 400g tinned tomatoes, or passata, 1 tbsp dried oregano, Couple handfuls fresh herbs; parsley, coriander, mint, dill, 250ml water, Drizzle of olive oil and Gravy, to serve.
