Jamie Oliver served up tasty homemade squash and paneer bhaji flatbread with mango chutney and coriander yoghurt on Jamie’s £1 Wonders.
The ingredients are: 1 red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 red chilli, 1 bunch of coriander (30g), 75 g paneer cheese, 200 g butternut squash, 4 cm piece of ginger, 350 g self-raising flour, 1 lime, 2 teaspoons rogan josh curry paste, olive oil, 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt, 1 baby gem lettuce, 2 uncooked poppadoms and 4 teaspoons mango chutney.
