John Whaite served up a tasty sourdough pizza with mozzarella and vegetables on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 75g (drained weight) sundried tomatoes, chopped, 2tbsp tomato puree, 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced, 1tsp capers, 75g black olives, torn, Salt and pepper, 1 large free-range egg, 2tbsp whole milk, 2 large slices brown sourdough bread, 60g mozzarella, roughly torn and Fresh basil to serve.
