Rick Stein served up a tasty homemade Irish soda bread with Scottish cullen skink soup on Rick Stein’s Cornwall.
The ingredients for the soda bread are: 250g wholemeal flour, 250g plain white flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp bicarbonate soda and 1 cup of buttermilk.
