Mike Reid served up tasty buttermilk chicken with maple and chilli drizzle on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 500g chicken wings, 200ml buttermilk, 300g plain flour, 1tbsp garlic powder, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tsp onion powder and 1tsp salt.
For the maple chilli glaze: 100ml maple syrup, 50ml jalapeno brine and Jalapenos, to garnish.
