Simon King six-layer ice cream cake recipe on The Hairy Bikers Go Local

Simon King and Dave Myers served up a delicious six-layer ice cream cake on The Hairy Bikers Go Local.

The ingredients are: 150g pack chocolate sandwich biscuits (such as Oreos), 115g unsalted butter, melted, 500ml tub raspberry ice cream, 500ml tub lemon ice cream, 400g fudge and 500ml tub pistachio ice cream (or mint choc chip).

For the whipped cream: 240ml double cream, 2 tbsp icing sugar, ½ tsp pure vanilla extract and cake sprinkles, to decorate.
