Mary Berry served up tasty twice roasted potatoes with goose fat, semolina and thyme on Mary Berry’s Ultimate Christmas.
The ingredients are: 1.5kg old potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized cubes, 40g semolina, 4 tbsp goose fat or vegetable oil, 3 thyme sprigs and salt.
