Mary Berry served up tasty sprouts with peas, cashew nuts and shallots for the festive season on Mary Berry’s Ultimate Christmas.
The ingredients are: 500g Brussels sprouts, outer leaves removed and cut in half, 500g frozen petits pois, knob butter, 3 banana shallots, finely sliced, 50g salted cashew nuts, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
