James Martin served up a tasty beetroot and gin cured salmon with watercress and lemon mayonnaise for the festive season on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g table salt, 200g caster sugar, 2 cooked beetroots, 1 side salmon, pin boned and belly removed and 50ml gin.
For the lemon mayonnaise: 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 200ml vegetable oil, Juice of 1 lemon, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: Watercress and Brown bread and butter.
