Francesco Mazzei served up a tasty Pizza with Gorgonzola Cheese, Nduja and Honey on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the dough are: 500ml water, 900g strong flour, 27gr salt and 0.5gr yeast.
To finish: 500gr mozzarella, shredded, 80gr ‘nduja, 160g gorgonzola cheese, 160gr Grana Padano riserva, 40gr honey and 100g cooked spinach.
