Nadiya Hussain served up delicious granola breakfast cups with dark chocolate, yoghurt, herbs, edible flowers and berries on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking.
The ingredients are: 100g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing, 100g soft light brown sugar, 3 tbsp golden syrup, 200g porridge oats, 100g sunflower seeds, 100g chopped nuts (such as walnuts), 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 100g dried berries, chopped (such as cranberries and cherries) and 100g dark chocolate, chopped.
To serve: yoghurt, fruit, fresh herbs and edible flowers (optional).
