John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious salted chocolate tart with caramel biscuits on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the base are: 200g lotus biscuits and 75g butter, melted.
For the filling: 350ml double cream , 65ml espresso coffee, 225g dark chocolate (less than 70% cocoa content) and 65g softened butter.
½ tsp sea salt, to garnish.
