Michela Chiappa served up a tasty autumnal risotto with salmon, peas and lemon on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 medium onion finely diced, 1 clove of garlic, crushed, 300g arborio rice, 100ml white wine, 1litre stock (or 1 stock cube dissolved into 1 litre of boiling water), 1 lemon (zest and juice of half the lemon), 500g salmon fillet/, skin removed and diced into 3cm chunks, 250g frozen peas , 180g baby spinach, 30ml double cream, 25g butter, Salt and pepper for seasoning.
