Mary Berry nori (seaweed) noodle salad recipe on Mary Berry: Cook and Share

Mary Berry served up a tasty nori (seaweed) noodle salad on Mary Berry: Cook and Share.

The ingredients are: 125g soba noodles, 1 sheet nori (seaweed), finely shredded, 2 daikon (or 5 red radishes), finely sliced, 2 spring onions, finely sliced on the diagonal, 1 small red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced into thin strips, 1 large carrot, peeled and coarsely grated, 1 celery stick, finely sliced and 1 tbsp chopped flatleaf parsley.

For the dressing: 2 tbsp pickled ginger, finely chopped, 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil.
