Nadiya and her daughter Maryam, served up delicious jam layer flapjacks with porridge oats, raspberry jam and white, dark and milk chocolate on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking.
The ingredients are: vegetable oil, for greasing, 250g unsalted butter, 180g golden caster sugar, 180g golden syrup, 500g porridge oats, 2 tsp almond extract and 200g raspberry jam.
For the topping: 50g dark chocolate, finely chopped, 50g milk chocolate, finely chopped and 50g white chocolate, finely chopped.
