Lisa Faulkner chorizo and broken yolk eggs with tomato salsa recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty chorizo and broken yolk eggs with tomato salsa on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 400g baby new potatoes, 1 -2 tbsp olive oil, 1 red onion, finely sliced, 1 clove garlic, grated, 2 tsp smoked sweet paprika , 1 tsp cayenne pepper, Approx. 100g cooking chorizo, roughly chopped and 4 egg yolks.

To serve: Coriander, roughly chopped, Sour cream and a nice loaf of bread.

For the salsa: Cherry tomatoes, quartered, Splash of vinegar and Handful of coriander, roughly chopped.
