Phil Vickery Friday pork feast with apples, plums and braised cabbage recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up tasty pork belly with apples, plums, peas and braised cabbage for a Friday night feast in one pan on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1.2kg shoulder of pork, fat on, skin taken off and cut into 6cm chunks, plenty of ground pepper, 80g sugar, 4 medium onions, peeled, then finely chopped, 3 tbsp Worcester sauce, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 2 pork or chicken stock cubes, 8 ripe British plums, halved, stone removed, 2 medium Bramley apples, peeled, cored and chopped, About 600ml boiling water, 225g frozen peas and A little arrowroot or cornflour, slaked in a little water.
