John Whaite served up a delicious blackberry and orange creme brulee on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 8 plump blackberries, 250ml whole milk, 50g caster sugar, 2 tsp vanilla bean paste, Zest of 1 orange, 3 large egg yolks and 2 tbsp demerara sugar, to finish.
