Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty whole roasted sea bass with chickpea and citrus crust, and a carrot and courgette salad on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking.
The ingredients are: oil, for greasing, 1 x 600–800g sea bass and salt.
For the coating: 1 orange, juice and zest, 1 lime, juice and zest, ½ lemon, juice and zest, 1 grapefruit, juice only, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 onion, roughly chopped, 150g, plus a little extra chickpea flour (gram flour) and 100ml olive oil.
To serve: different coloured carrots, ribboned, courgettes, ribboned, ½ lemon, juice only, olive oil, a pinch of chilli flakes, salt and ground black pepper.

Not for me!! Gills, fins, head and tail and all bones.. not good for children..health and safety..Ugh.!! And she uses far too much sugar… in my opinion..
