Phil Vickery served up tasty BBQ pulled chicken burgers with BBQ sauce, a vegetable salad and new potatoes to feed the family for a fiver on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 tbsp vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper, 6 chicken thighs, skin on, bone-in and 1 x crumbly chicken stock cube.
For the barbecue sauce: 6 tbsp barbecue sauce, 6 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp runny honey, 500g bag frozen vegetables (beans, peas, carrots, sweetcorn), defrosted, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 500g new potatoes, boiled and halved , 1 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint and 4 sesame burger buns.
