Mary McCartney served up a tasty indulgent shallot tart with almond milk, mustard and thyme on Mary McCartney Serves It Up.
The ingredients are: 1/4 1 1/2 pounds banana shallots, 3/4 cup Puy lentils, pre-cooked dark, 3 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves, 3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened, 1 scant tbsp Vegetable bouillon powder, 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Mustard, whole-grain, 1 tbsp Cornstarch, 1/2 tsp Sea salt, flaky, 2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin, 14 oz Puff pastry, frozen and 1/4 cup White wine, dry.
