The ingredients for the dish are: ½ lemons, sliced, handful parsley, finely chopped, ½ tsp sumac, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 medium chicken, vegetable oil, for rubbing and 1 can lager, stout or beer.
To serve: 1 lemon wedges and handful fresh coriander, chopped.
