Kwoklyn Wan served up a tasty sriracha lo mein (stir fried spicy noodles with baby corn, peppers and bean sprouts) on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 3tbsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce, 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp caster sugar, 300g nest of fresh lo mein noodles or 2 nests of dry egg noodles, 2tbsp vegetable oil, 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into strips, 8 fresh baby corn, cut in half lengthways, 175g bean sprouts, Pinch of salt and white pepper.
