Rebecca Wilson served up a tasty and easy to make pizza with yoghurt and flour on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the dough are: 4 heaped tbsp of self-raising flour – or a gluten free alternative, plus extra for rolling out, 2-4 heaped tbsp of plain Greek or natural yoghurt – can sub for a dairy free yoghurt alternative and ½ tsp baking powder.
For the pizza sauce: 1tbsp tomato puree, 1tsp garlic infused olive oil, half a crush garlic clove, Approx. 2 tbsp of water, ½ tsp mixed dried herbs, Grinding of black pepper and ½ tsp smoked paprika.
For the pizza toppings: 70g of grated cheese, or gluten free cheese, Tinned sweetcorn and courgette, grated and squeezed.
