Phil Vickery served up delicious flapjacks with banana, pine nuts and honey using his mum’s recipe on This Morning.
The ingredients for the honey flapjacks are: 200g butter, 200g dark muscovado sugar, 200g runny honey and 400g porridge oats.
For the banana and pine nuts: 100g salted butter, 3 level tbsp runny honey, 60g light brown sugar, 350g porridge oats, 50g pine nuts, lightly toasted, ½ tsp ground cinnamon and 2 large ripe bananas, approx 250g.
