24 year old Katie Waissel from London booked her place at the judge’s houses stage of the X Factor competition by delivering a solid performance at bootcamp.

Before taking to the stage for her final performance at, the Receptionist from London said:
“It’s always been such a massive goal of mine to be huge star. I’d like to be a legend I want to create a legacy and that’s what I will do.
I would have to say today that I am feeling super charged. It’s terrifying but it’s incredible.”

Before singing her rendition of Adele’s ‘To Make Me Feel My Love’, Katie told judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and guest judge Nicole Scherzinger:
“I want to thank you all for giving me this chance. It’s really made me believe even more, that this is where I should be.”

She went on to deliver a confident performance that led Nicole to comment:

“Oh do I want to watch her and look at her. Everything is right here!”

At the weekend we will see Katie with her mentor Cheryl Cole who will decide if Katie will go through to the X Factor live shows.
