Mary Berry scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream recipe on Mary Berry’s Fantastic Feasts

Mary Berry showed Mark, Callum and Thaer how to make her delicious mini scones with sultanas strawberry jam and clotted cream on Mary Berry’s Fantastic Feasts.

The ingredients: 450g self-raising flour, 2 level tsp baking powder, 50g caster sugar, 100g butter, softened, cut into pieces, 2 free-range eggs, a little milk and handful sultanas (optional).

To serve: strawberry jam and clotted cream.
