Suzie Lee served up tasty Peking beef with carrots and red peppers on This Morning.
The ingredients for the rice are: 400g basmati rice and Cold water.
For the marinade: 1 tsp cornflour, Salt and pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil and 500g rump steak, cut into fine strips.
For the batter coating: 2 eggs, beaten, 8 tbsp plain flour, 8 tbsp cornflour and Pinch of salt and pepper.
For the vegetables: 1 medium onion sliced, 1 large carrot sliced, 1 red pepper sliced and Spring onion for garnishing.
For the sauce (Put all into 1 bowl): 6 tbsp sugar, 90ml white distilled vinegar, 5 tbsp tomato puree, 120ml water, 90ml hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp five spice mix powder, 1/2 tsp of salt and Vegetable oil for frying.
