Si and Dave visits Anglesey on the Food Tour of Britain and serves up a tasty looking Anglesey eggs with bacon chops dish.
Their ingredients for the dish are: 8 free-range eggs, 500g potatoes, peeled, chopped, knob of butter, 80-110ml double cream, salt and freshly ground white pepper and 3 leeks.
For the sauce: 50g unsalted butter, 50g plain flour, 600ml/1 pint milk, 1 tsp mustard powder, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 75g Cheddar cheese, 75g Caerphilly cheese.
For the topping: 100g white breadcrumbs, 25g Cheddar cheese, 25g Caerphilly cheese, pinch freshly ground nutmeg, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: Drizzle olive oil, 8 smoked bacon chops and small handful fresh flatleaf parsley.
