Theo Michaels egg fried rice with prawns recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Theo Michaels served up a tasty egg fried rice with prawns/shrimps stir fry in minutes on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 30ml vegetable oil, 1 red onion, peeled and thickly sliced, 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced, 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 1 red chilli, chopped, 200g king prawns, raw and thawed if using frozen, 1 pinch Chinese Five Spice, 1tbsp water, 15ml vegetable oil, 15ml sesame oil, 500g pre-cooked cold basmati rice (either leftovers or packets of microwave rice), 4 spring onions, sliced, 15ml vegetable oil, 2 medium free-range eggs, whisked, 30ml dark soy sauce, 15ml honey, 7.5ml cider or rice wine vinegar, 2tbsp coriander, chopped and Pinch of salt.
