Simon Rimmer served up delicious fig rolls on on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g dried figs (finely chopped), 1 tbs rose water, 1 tbs brandy, 300ml water and 1 tbsp light soft brown sugar.
For the pastry: 75g whole meal flour, 75g plain flour, 75g butter, pinch salt, 1 tbsp caster sugar and 30-50 ml water.
